1 General Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and 1x8 governing your use of the platform. By creating an account and using 1x8's services, you agree to abide by all of these terms.

1x8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable jurisdiction. For significant changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account.

1x8 operates solely as an entertainment gaming platform. We do not guarantee winnings, and all game outcomes are entirely dependent on chance.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 1x8, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country where you reside.
• You must provide valid identification details.
• If your 1x8 account has been previously closed, you will not be permitted to open a new account.
• Your account is for your personal use only.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details is prohibited and may result in your account being closed.

Each person is allowed to open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all transactions made using your password. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact our customer support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 1x8 can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, debit card, and other secure payment methods.

When making a deposit, ensure you provide the correct account details. 1x8 is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account. The minimum deposit is generally BDT 100, and the maximum depends on your account status.

Your account must have sufficient balance and no active bets to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• A small processing fee may be deducted from each withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has been verified.
• 1x8 may place a hold on withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

1x8 offers a welcome bonus for new players and a variety of promotional offers for existing players. Each bonus comes with specific terms and wagering requirements.

After receiving a bonus, you must place a certain number of bets (typically 30–40x) before you can make a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a bonus of BDT 10,000 with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager BDT 300,000 in total.

• Bonuses can only be used on specific games, not all games.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to bonus winnings.

5 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on 1x8 are developed by independent software providers and are regularly audited by third parties. The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is publicly available and fully transparent.

All game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No strategy or system can guarantee a win. Each round is independent, and the outcome of a previous round has no bearing on the next.

• The use of bots or automation software is strictly prohibited.
• Every bet is immediate and final.
• Bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical issue.
• In ambiguous situations, the decision of 1x8 is final.

All disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions and 1x8 services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. 1x8 and players may mutually agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration outside of the courts.

10 Terms & Conditions Updates

1x8 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor changes take effect immediately. For major changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

If you continue using the platform after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept them, you may close your account.
